It's the end of the Year with a lot of parties while the New Year is just some hours away as we look forward to breaking into it with a determined mind and possibly some 'New Year Resolutions'.
But wait!!!
What happened to this Year's goals which you vowed to accomplish? Isn't it becoming just a 'normal routine'? Are you really Keen on making it work??
Relax.
Take a moment and ask yourself this questions: Why am I making this resolution? What do I want to accomplish?? What's holding me back from getting it done? Why am I finding it difficult to achieve my aim? What can I do differently this time to ensure I don't quit or give up?

If you think you're gonna wake up on New Year's Day with enough motivation to act or change, you're on the way to failure unknowingly. Don't mind me... You can actually, though it's not gonna last based on statistics.
If we don't change the way we think and act, we're doomed - especially in the area of Health and Fitness. Committing yourself and your lifestyle to be conducive in achieving your goals is not going to be easy. Not at all!
You're going to be challenged more than once.
The above is the hard truth whether you like it or not. I'm not saying this to frustrate or wear you down but it's just a reminder that It is up to you to take charge of your life.
Set your goals and face it head-on, giving it all what it takes....
Step up your game and come out a winner.
